Derungs introduce BRIGHT SIGHTS Dmed® halux LED 20 C L1 a high quality LED Examination Lamp providing superior light to that of traditional halogen lamps

Mixing LEDs of different colours is a great innovation in the domain of medical examination. The light colour can be modified. This allows the user to select the optimum lighting for the examination depending on the skin area and the type of tissue or the wound.

Adjustments can be made from a simple and clear control unit directly on the head of the lamp. Simple, ergonomic controls placed directly on the head of the lamp guarantee instant reaction times. It is also possible to select the luminous intensity and personalize it using five dimming levels. As the LEDs have a very long life cycle, the lamp is virtually maintenance free saving ongoing costs.

Made from high quality components, a newly patented arm system made of a strong light alloy that guarantees a firm holding to a set position, as well as multiple adaption possibilities make this lamp an indispensable auxiliary instrument.

Halux 35

HALUX Series

Simple to use with 3000 hours average bulb life and competitively priced with a range of 30-48,000 Lux at 0.5m and is available with colour correction and heat filter features. You can create targeted shadow-zones with optimal light colour and rendering with minimal heat generation near the light. Xerus

XERUS

The Xerus provides 33,000 Lux at 1.0m with an average bulb life of 3000 hours. Large surfaces can be viewed quickly due to extended light area with minimal heat generation allowing comfortable working for a longer period of time. Available in mobile, wall and ceiling mounted models.

Hx Series

The Hx Series provides 32, 000 Lux at 0.5m with an average bulb life of 3000 hours. This is an economical quality light for examination areas with minimal heat generation due to a twin wall light body that is easy and comfortable to use. The hx is simple to use and with a flexible “Goose Neck” arm allows accurate repositioning of light area. It is easy to clean as it is sealed and has smooth surfaces.

OPTICLUX Magnifying Glass Light

With an average bulb life of 10,000 hours there is noticeable energy and cost savings thanks to reduced electric consumption and long life service of the light source. It allows enlargement, without distortion, with ideal light conditions and interchangeable lenses of 4, 6, and 12 dioptres. Provides excellent light positioning with spring-balanced arm system and is easy to clean thanks to a closed arm system.
