They are manufactured in Switzerland and employ the latest LED technology.

LED Procedure and Examination Lights

The adjustable colour temperature is unique in the Derungs Procedure and examination lights and allows a natural rendering of colours allowing the characteristics of the skin (superficial and deep structure) to be recognised in full detail by the clinician. Halux LED Examination Light

Dmed® HALUX Series LED Examination Light

Seven powerful LEDs work in tandem to provide area with clear, natural colour rendering for a variety of examinations. By using a combination of LED colours, the colour temperature can be modified according to specific exam requirements. The articulated arm system offers flexibility in movement, making the light easy to manoeuvre. A fixed position is also easy to maintain due to the directional load compensation. The joints are designed with a permanent friction setting so no manual adjustments are necessary.

Oculux LED Examination Light

Dmed® Oculux LED Examination Light

The Oculux LED examination light gives the physician a useful tool to make exams easy and more accurate. The colour temperature can be modified according to specific exam requirements: 3500K, 4300K or 5100K, along with five dimming levels. Light is dispersed uniformly in the work area, preventing shadows from hands or instruments. Adjustments can be made from a control ring directly on the lamp head.

Triango LED Examination Light

Dmed® Triango LED Examination Light

With easy handling and optimal functional solutions for medical treatment areas, the compact innovative LED technology is a fixed focus, “white light” LED examination light. Providing excellent colour reproduction and no heat radiation, they are durable and maintenance free with no lamp changes. It has an enclosed design and smooth surfaces and its handle is easily removed for sterilizing.

Saturn LED Examination/Procedure Light

Dmed® Saturn LED Examination/Procedure Light

The variable lighted area can be adjusted individually, allowing the practitioner to adapt precisely the light to the size of the area to be treated. The work area can be seen entirely due to the extended lighted area, and the light can then be focused again for an accurate diagnosis. The setting of the light intensity by means of a dimming function allows the physician a time-saving, flexible and individual adjustment of the illumination.

OPTICLUX Magnifying Glass Light

With an average bulb life of 10,000 hours there is noticeable energy and cost savings thanks to reduced electric consumption and long life service of the light source. It allows enlargement, without distortion, with ideal light conditions and interchangeable lenses of 4, 6, and 12 dioptres. Provides excellent light positioning with spring-balanced arm system and is easy to clean thanks to a closed arm system.
